The Beachwalk This is a brand new oceanfront beach house with spectacular ocean views and promises a memorable vacation getaway. Located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It has 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 baths and at 2400 sq.ft, it has ample space for entertainment. The kitchen has all the amenities for your cooking and grilling needs. A walk-able trail from the back door takes you to the beach shore in minutes during spring and summer This is a 3 bedroom and 3 bath home. First bedroom has 2 full beds with a big luxurious bath. Second bedroom has 1 queen bed. Third bedroom has 1 full bed and 1 twin bunk bed. Bonus room with beach view has 1 sofa bed and a futon. Kitchen has stove range with oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and all the utensils for complete cooking needs. An outdoor grill on the back patio. Laundry room has a washer and dryer. This home has centralized heat and air conditioning. The living room has a comfortable couch and a 55" inch smart tv and xbox for your entertainment needs. Last but not the least, loads of board games in the living room and bonus room. Can access the entire home except for the garage and a closet in the second floor. I'm available for questions by text. This home is in a very quiet and serene neighborhood. The morning walks to the beach with the sound of waves and wind blowing adds serenity to the soul and the evening sunset is a bliss to watch from the deck. Copalis beach is a great place to appreciate and indulge in nature with so many beaches and parks. Some of the places to visit/explore are ocean city state park (4.8 miles), Griffiths Priday state park (2.1 miles), Damon Point Trail, Ocean shores boat house and many more around the city. There are two local grocery stores within a mile - copalis beach grocery and sunrise market. A bigger super market (ocean shores IGA) in 6.9 miles. Please note that it is a very quiet neighborhood. No loud music/ noise especially after 9 p.m. in the evening. At any point of time during the stay, the number of guests shouldn't exceed the reservation count. The driveway should not have more than 3-4 cars. No house parties or gatherings. No fireworks allowed around the property or back trail to the beach. Please no shoes inside the house.
